LIMALCO, strong in formwork
Since the start-up within the walls of JMConstruct in 2013, we have grown from only doing formwork beams to a strong team player in the field of milling and cutting operations.
We distinguish ourselves by a large machine park and our in-house engineering. This allows new projects or ideas to be designed and modified quickly and easily right at our factory.
Through our integrated CAD-CAM system, the programs are transferred seamlessly to the machine.
Our 5-axis milling center has a range of 8000 mm in the X axis, 2500 mm in the Y axis and 900 mm in the Z axis.
Our wire cutting machine has a range of 6.5 meters in the X-axis, 6 meters in the Y - axis and 2.5 meters in the Z - axis.
We can mill almost all materials (except metal):
Aluminum, wood, EPS, PUR, composites such as carbon, fiberglass ..., and almost all plastics.
For the clamping of the aluminum beams specially adapted clamps are used so the paint will not be damaged.
When milling EPS, large workpieces are usually clamped on a vacuum bed. A custom fixture is usually made for serial production to reduce the clamping time.
