- SOME OF OUR REALIZATIONS -

Forming moulds Pairi Daiza

For one of our large customers, a formwork system has been designed for the Aztec temples at the tiger residence at Pairi Daiza. This is a combination of both a steel base and an exchangeable core made of EPS. The EPS part has been sprayed with a polyurea coating so the mould can be reused many times.

Ferrari 250 GTO

For our 20th anniversary and on the occasion of our company discovery day in September 2017, we created a Ferrari 250 GTO from EPS. It is pre-cut in rough block form on the cutting machine and subsequently cut from one piece on the milling machine. To machine the bottom it is simply attached to the bed with plates. There are fitting holes in which a tube fits. This way it can be turned upside down so that we get a seamless product and nothing needs to be glued. The coating is a waterbased basecoat, finished with red (what else) car paint. The details such as the lamps and exhaust are made of aluminum.

Wood can also be easily processed. The drawing of the construction has been delivered by the customer himself. The slotted connections and recesses in the beams are milled, the pin-hole connection is done by the customer afterwards.

Milling carbon fibre

These are all self-designed racedrones. The prototypes were first milled from aluminum and after a few minor revisions made out of carbon. This takes place in a water reservoir so that there is no heat generation and the dangerous dust particles are retained by the water.

Aqualog

For a customer who makes playground equipment we have milled logs out of tropical wood that will serve as a water channel. The children can pump water into the small gutter and by the logs that are in series behind each other, the water is transported to a drain.

Pallets

In these large OSB plates we drilled all holes were angled iron pieces get bolded to. By laying 4 plates on top of each other each time, this goes very quickly and nothing needs to be drilled manually.

These PUR workpieces serve as formwork that is used when pouring concrete inspection wells for the sewer system. The diameter is always the same, the bottom is conical and the angle and the number of connections is different for each product. To mill these products we have designed a special fixture with which the angle of the clamping jig can easily be adjusted, so that the clamping time is considerably shortened.
