Our aluminum formwork beams are a new patented concept where a modular system offers the solution for pouring your prefab concrete panels. It consists of a lower beam with magnets and on top of that an upper beam that can be exchanged according to the height you need. The beams have been treated with a durable coating that makes the concrete difficult to adhere to when released from the mould.
We divide the profiles into 4 different groups according to their application.
- Type 1 are the profiles that come between the sidebeams (Type 2). These can easily be adjusted lengthwise with the aid of "coupling pieces". On the front of the profile is a plastic closing piece with gaps which fit the profile of the sidebeam.
- Type 2 are the sidebeams. These have a larger wall thickness and are available with a tooth, groove, or straight profile.
- Type 3 are fixed beams that are screwed onto the pouring table. In heights of 140 mm and 200 mm available in tooth and groove profile. Heights 250 mm and 270 mm available in straight profile.
- Type 4 are profiles with an iron plate glued to the side for magnetic fittings to attach. These are used to cast inner walls.
Type 1
The beams consist of a lower beam and a changeable lid. Only in the bottom profile is fitted with magnets so this is a one-time purchase. The lids are available in the heights: 140 mm, 200 mm and 250 mm.
Additional profiles will soon be available so that heights in between the standard are also possible. There are a number of standard lengths, but these are almost always customer-specific.
Type 2
The beams consist of a bottom profile (of height 50 or 70 mm) with magnets and an interchangeable top beam that is available in different heights. The top beams are bolted to the bottom beams by bolts. There are a number of standard lengths, but these are often customer specific.

Type 3
The beams can be screwed onto an existing table or fixed with separate magnetic boxes. This system works with one profile per height, which is mainly used when casting large series of the same height.

A setup with magnetic boxes. There are holes in the profile for the boxes to click in.
A setup where a bottom profile is on the table with on top lid with a height of 200 mm. The short adapters on the front ensure that the length can be adjusted cheaply.
Type 4
The beams of Type 4 (hybrid) serve for interior wall formwork. On the side is a metal profile which makes magnetic accessories (for example cabling boxes or transport anchors) easy to attach. The beams have a height of 150 mm and are attached to the table with magnets.
